Team of Engineers

Senior Manager Production Engineer

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience in managing project schedule.  Publishing schedule and managing customer expectations. 

Duties: Prepare detailed estimates in accordance with the scope of work, blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare quantity take-offs, estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope; Identify design and constructability issues and determine constructability; Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project; Coordinate communication between client, subcontractors, and design team (architects, engineers, consultants); Determine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents (plans specifications, etc.); Collaborate with operations staff and other estimators to ensure that General Conditions and Requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimate; Perform assessment on subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gaps; Proffer suggestions to the Chief Estimator or appropriate authority for contemplated expenditures; Apply work hour unit rates for each item in the estimate to generate the overall direct work hours; Distributes and maintains control of bid documents; Identifies special Client or project requirements for weather protection, cranes, hoists, HES requirements and services; Analyze project location and productivity associated with the location; Reviews labor costs and applicable licensing requirements; Ensures that all bid forms are completed and properly executed; Facilitate bid review meetings with Business Unit Management, Estimating group, and/or business line management to finalize bid; Coordinate with other departments during the bid process on proposals; Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve Fabrication / production, costs, and labor required; Diagnosing problems in the Fabrication / production line and providing recommendations and training; Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint; Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers; Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects; Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders; Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement; Obtaining any materials and equipment required.

Senior Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
Candidates need to possess strong project management and communication skills
Candidate must have construction project management experience
Candidate must have Microsoft Office, building Excel spreadsheets. Sheet metal and woodworking experience would be a plus

Driver
Black Car Service

​Job Title: Driver (Contract Base)

​

Experience: At least 2 Years


Salary:  TBD

Roles & Responsibilities:
A CDL w/air brake restriction, to transport steel back and forth to the local job site, The person needs to have also driven for other companies.
This person must be able to operate a forklift and Skytrax to do their own loading/unloading when necessary. 
This person will also serve as a helper in our weld shop as needed or when driving is light for the day.
The person must have good knowledge of the DFW area, and a good working cell phone w/voicemail and GPS set-up.

Shop Welder / Fitter
Man Welding

Roles & Responsibilities:
Must be able to read blueprints.
We require you to have previously worked in a high production welding shop. 
We are a metal Fabrication production shop, so you must be accurate in your skills.
Requires Mig, Tig, and a bonus would be to have some experience in aluminum.
We work 8-10 hours per day and some overtime.
